The Challenge: Day 4
What I ate:
mini spinach quiche
a egg with some cheese and lots of diced peppers and onions (it was more like veggies with an egg than an egg with veggies)
1 1/2 pieces of (machine) matza
2-3 walnuts
rice and lentils
a tablespoon of plain yogurt
corn and lima beans (from a frozen mix- I just baked it)
green bean with almonds
zucchini "chips"
